لە ساڵی ٢٠٢١ پاش ٣ ساڵ دراسە و چاودێری لە بازاری قاوە بە گشتی لە کوردستان، بڕیارماندا بە دامەزراندنی کارگەیەکی بچووکی خۆماڵی بۆ برژاندنی دەنکی قاوەی تایبەتی کوردی بۆ یەکەم جار. دەستپێکێکی قورس و ئاڵۆز و نەبوونی ناوەندێکی ئاکادێمی قازانج نەویست ببووە هۆی ئەوەی نەتوانین بە باشی بازاڕەکە بناسین و بەردەنگەکانمان بمانناسن و بە کورتی تاوکوو ئێستاشی لەگەڵ بێت ئەمە کێشەیەکی گەورەیە، لەبەر ئەوەی کە قاوە لە بازاری ئەمڕۆ تەواو بوەتە بەرهەمێکی ماڕکێتی داپۆشراو بە جل و بەرگێکی ڕەنگیینەوە و ڕاستە و خۆ کاریگەریی لەسەر ڕا و بۆچوونی کڕیار دادەنێت. پاشان بەردەست نەبوونی زانییارییە سەرەتاییەکان بۆ بەرهەمی قاوە یەکێک بوو لە دژوارییەکان و ئێستاش بە پێی پێویست کۆمەڵگای ئێمە بە تەواوی شارەزای قاوە و بەرهەمەکانی نین. بەڵام ئێمە بەو دروشمەی کە : - قاوە دەبێت تازە برژاو بێت - قاوە دەبێت کاتی برژاندنی لەگەل بەکارهێنانی نابێ ٣ مانگ تێپەڕ بکات - دەنکی کەسکی قاوە بە دیاری کراوی دەبێت زانییارییەکانی پێشکەش بە بەردەنگ بکرێت و نەبێتە شتێکی نەزانراو ... و کۆمەڵێک دروشمی تر ئێمە تا ئێستاش هەر بەرداوامین و سپاسی تەواوی ئەو دۆست و ئازیزانە دەکەین کە تا ئێستا لەگەڵمان بوون.
Our Story
Our journey began in Erbil with a simple idea: to bring truly fresh, high-quality coffee to our community and to share the culture behind every cup. What started as a small passion project soon grew into a dedicated coffee roasting operation focused on craftsmanship, consistency, and education.
From the beginning, we believed that great coffee is built on three pillars — carefully sourced green beans, precise roasting, and respect for the people who produce it. We invested time in learning roasting science, experimenting with profiles, and refining our methods to highlight the unique character of each origin. As our skills developed, so did our mission: to elevate coffee standards across the region.
Over time, we expanded from serving individual customers to working with cafés, restaurants, and businesses across Iraq, helping partners improve their coffee quality through fresh roasting, consultation, and training. Our brand continues to grow, but our core philosophy remains unchanged — freshness, transparency, and passion in every batch.
Today, we are proud to be part of a new coffee movement in our region, connecting farmers to consumers through carefully roasted coffee and meaningful relationships. And this is only the beginning of our story.
Our experience as a flame is brief.
In 2021, after 3 years of study and observation of the coffee market in general in Kurdistan, we decided to establish a small local factory to roast specialty coffee beans in Kurdistan for the first time. A difficult and complicated start and the lack of a non-profit academic center has led to us not being able to know the market well and our contacts، and in short، it is still with us. This is a big problem، because coffee in today's market has become a market product covered in colorful clothing that directly influences consumer opinions. The lack of access to basic information about coffee production has been a major problem and our society is not fully aware of its products. But we are in agreement with the slogan:
- Coffee must be freshly roasted
- Coffee must be roasted with use
- No more than 3 months must be consumed
- Green beans coffee must be provided to the contact and not become unknown.
